We're proud to share that our Mitchellstown build has been named Best Sustainable House for the northern region at the Master Builders Victoria awards. This off grid hybrid home was designed as a private retreat, built around energy efficiency, low maintenance and year round comfort. The pavilion style layout balances privacy with connection to the landscape, while airtight construction and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery keep the home comfortable and healthy in every season. Designed by Outlier Building & Interior Design and built by our team here in Seymour, it's a home that performs as well as it looks and we're thrilled to see that work recognised.
