Polished concrete floors flow throughout the interior grounding the space with a refined understated elegance while enhancing the homes contemporary aesthetic, all while the home is fed with a constant stream of fresh filtered air through the Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation. This was installed due to the air tight construction details and more importantly to reduce the heating and cooling load on the off grid system.
